1) What size is the AC electric motor?

The AC motor is 220v, with a power rating of 0.75kW, operating at 7.2 amps and 1400rpm.

2. What battery is needed for the DC units?

For the DC unit, a 12v battery with a capacity of 40-60AH is required. The motor’s current is 130A, and motor power is 1600W. Any charged 12v battery meeting these specifications will work.

3. Can the Kwik Lift raise immediately with a car’s weight on it?

Yes, the Kwik Lift can raise cars, even with very low ride heights. Cars have springs and shock absorbers which allow for some upward travel, ensuring lifting isn’t an issue.

4. What is the forward movement of the Kwik Lift?

The Kwik Lift has a forward movement of approximately 28cm.

6. What are the hydraulic cyclinder pistons made from?

9. How do you connect jump leads on the DC units?
  • Attach the positive jump lead to the copper terminal with the brown wire.
  • Attach the negative jump lead to the copper terminal with the blue wire.
10. How do I slide the Kwik Lift frames under the car?

The frames are equipped with omni-directional wheels for smooth and efficient movement. There’s no need for drag handles.

11. Are rubber pads available for electric vehicles?
